Video Of Couple Making Blood Covenant To Avoid Infidelity Goes Viral Across Social Media [WATCH]

A Cameroonian couple broke the internet today with a video of them making a blood covenant to seal up their love and possibly prevent either of them from cheating.

The couple took to Facebook to share the video of themselves sucking at their own blood at the same time.

From the video, the duo apparently cut themselves and the woman appeared to be in pains as the blood flowed freely.

Perhaps, the couple did not trust themselves enough to have a relationship without either party cheating on them.

Blood covenant is an archaic practice which dates back to the 60's when our forefathers practised it.

The action by the couple sparked confusion because not only is the practice outdated, it is also barbaric.

Now That Big Brother Naija Is Over Can We Kiss And Make Up

The past three months have been all kinds of eventful — from intriguing, to annoying and of course noisy. The Big Brother Naija reality show came with ‘Double Wahala’ for the third edition of the show and it got a lot of Nigerian youths stuck up in the euphoria that it brought. Daily across social media platforms, one would keep stumbling upon discussions on the housemates — CeeC, Tobi, Miracle, Nina, Teddy A, BamBam and the rest of them.
